What We Publish

 

We welcome submissions in the fiction genres:

-Fantasy

-Dystopian

-Historical Fiction

-Romance

-Science Fiction

 

Manuscripts should be original, unpublished, or submitted with full disclosure if they have been previously published.

 

At this time, we do not accept manuscripts that contain plagiarism, AI-generated content presented as original human authorship, or material that infringes upon another person's copyright.

 

Manuscript Requirements

 

To ensure a smooth review process, please submit manuscripts that meet the following requirements:

 

- Microsoft Word (.doc or .docx)

- Standard 12-point readable font (such as Times New Roman)

- Double-spaced

- 1-inch margins

- Pages numbered

- Left-aligned text

- New chapters beginning on a new page

 

Please proofread your manuscript before submission.

 

Required Submission Materials

 

Your submission should include:

- A synopsis 

- Your first two chapters of your manuscript. (Full manuscript may be requested)

- A short author biography (100–200 words)

Simultaneous Submissions

 

Simultaneous submissions are permitted. However, if your manuscript is accepted elsewhere while under consideration by Silver Bridge Press, please notify us immediately so we may withdraw it from review.

 

Response Times

 

Our acquisitions team carefully reviews every submission. Our typical response time is between 2 to 4 weeks.

Please refrain from submitting duplicate manuscripts or requesting status updates before the published response period has elapsed.

 

Editorial Services

 

Silver Bridge Press offers professional editorial services to authors.

 

Please note that purchasing editorial services does not guarantee, improve, or influence the outcome of a publishing submission. Editorial services and publishing acquisitions operate independently. Authors are never required to purchase any paid service in order to be considered for publication.

 

Rights

 

Authors must own or control all rights necessary to submit their work.

 

If your manuscript is accepted for publication, rights and contract terms will be discussed before any agreement is signed.

 

After Submission

 

If your manuscript is selected for further consideration, a member of our acquisitions team will contact you regarding the next stage of the review process.

 

Due to the volume of submissions we receive, we may be unable to provide detailed editorial feedback for manuscripts that are not selected.
